Entries to the Harry Williams Astrophotography competition are now open. The 2014 Astrophotography Competition Categories are 1) Solar System: Planets, Comets, Solar images and the Moon 2) Deep Sky: Nebulae, Galaxies, Star Clusters etc ( basically anything outside of the Solar System ) 3) Artistic: Landscape Astrophotography, Panoramas, constellations, Star trails etc 4)Newcomers Contest:This Section is for people who have not previously won a prize in any section. Photography entered in this section will not be eligible to win the Harry William Prize and competitors in this section will not be able to enter photo in the other sections. The competition is open to all New Zealand residents. Competition Entries are due by Monday the 20th of October, 2014, Please complete one entry form for each image submitted – Maximum of three (3) entries per category. Printed copies will not be accepted.
