Episdoe 17 Tomato broad bean soup Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 red onion(chopped) 1 white onion(chopped) 2 bay leaves bell pepper(3 colours, chopped, mixed) 1 carrot (diced) 1 tomato (chopped) 1 tablespoon oregano Add broad beans (1 can) 1 can of chopped tomatoes 2 teaspoons of grounded black pepper 250 ml of water pinch of salt Directions Add olive oil to wok Once heated, add onions(both), bay leaves and garlic Fry for few seconds Add bell peppers and carrots Leave it to cook for about 1 minute Add tomato and oregano Leave it to fry about 1 minute Add canned beans and canned tomatoes Add pinch of salt and black pepper mix well add water and leave to boil Once boiled, dish is ready to serve!
