Erick Ortiz was supposed to be under constant one-on-one supervision when the 16-year-old autistic boy fell into a pool and drowned during a school field trip, according to his family. He didnt know how to swim, and was pulled from the pool fully clothed with his shoes on. The family accuses his full-time school district assistant of being at the DJ booth when Erick fell in.
