The Person-Centred Approach Community of Practice (PCA CoP) aims to raise awareness among VWOs in adopting the practice, as well as using innovative ways to implement PCA in an organisation. They are awaiting the publication of the PCA toolkit which they had collectively developed. In addition, the community wants to pilot this toolkit in different VWOs so that they can understand challenges that users are likely to face and address any identified gaps of information in the document.
