Essentially, #India has been intimidated by recurring emergence of Chinese submarines in Sri Lankan and Persian Gulf waters, and so wants to meet the threat by investing in a submarine fleet of its own. In addition, India has been boosting defense cooperation with Vietnam to gang up on #China. However, this military madness in the name of a non-existent threat will only harm India, and this is the reason why her neighbors are so wary of her. Therefore, Indias claims of building itself up against the threat from #China are hollow; it is actually building up its ability to invade Pakistan.
