Evelyn Myrie of the Hamilton Centre Civic Inclusion kindly takes City Council to task for not implementing Participatory Budgeting Ward 2 - PBW2 Hamilton across the city. Wards 1-8 (the Old City of Hamilton) all have access to ARSCR* Fund money for infrastructure improvements, and Wards 1 and 2 have made use of this reserve money for PB initiatives. Now is the time, #HamOnt. Come out tonight to City Hall and see what PB can do for Hamilton. * Area Rating Special Capital Reserve Fund money is reallocated tax money to improve the infrastructures of neglected areas of the old city.
