Evening, kids. I was wandering the Endless Feed and came across the status of Steven Sterne, offering a song and a challenge. I like this because I like being exposed to new music and heres a good way to do it. His song was by The Low Anthem and called This God Damn House. Excellent song, worth a listen. The next part was the challenge. Like the status and hell give you a letter. Post a song by a band or with a title beginning with the letter. He gave me the letter C. Ive chosen to get cheeky and offer up two songs. First is Colin Hays song Maggie. This one often hits me at just the right angle and knocks me right off my feet. I hope you like it. The second, Ive chosen because... um. I like it. Its simple and nice. John Prines cover of Clay Pigeons. Ill post it as the first comment. Anyways. The challenge stands if youd like to participate.
