Ever since I started blogging, I have looked to and admired Joy the Baker. Her words, her recipes (seriously, you bakers are alchemist-mathematician-soothsayers to me - that is mysterious MAGIC to me!) and HER PHOTOGRAPHS?! WHAT!? Seriously, if my laptop monitor werent usually so dirty, I would have tried to taste her recipes right on the screen. And then I had the honor to meet and share a tea-coffee break with her some years ago... and my admiration only grew! So it is with great excitement that I take a break from the usual-scheduled-programming of telling you about MY cookbook to tell you about HERS.
