Ever wondered if the light inside your fridge goes out or stays on when you close the door? It goes out. I know because I was asking myself the same question, so I took all the food out, then removed all the shelves, just about managed to squeeze inside and pulled the door closed from inside. Hey presto, light went out. The internal quandary I now have is that quantum theory hypothesises this may have been only because I happened to be inside it at the time. So, I am no further forward. It may, it may not.
