Every day I carry my children go to school, clean up the house and cook meals. Frankly, As I finish the everyday’s routine, I always lie in the sofa to watch TV. Occasionally I like to have a change. I know that I need to do more sports and read more books to seek after a robust life style. But I am too slothful to pile out the first step. I always have excuses, for instance, I feel like to participate in a Yoga course and my companies adviced me some clubs but I repulsed them all. “The teacher looks not good. It’s very far away from my house. The time project isn’t fit for me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t want to get away the comfortable room to attend Yoga class, I can learn it at home. I feel the proposal is awfully good, so I look out a project online.
