Every man loves a loyal, trustworthy woman but there is a very thin line between being down for your man and being foolish. There are an increasing amount of women giving their all and getting nothing in return,risking their future and putting their life on hold for a man. Taking care of a man that isnt your husband, paying his bills, waiting during a jail stint, catching a case for him, accepting disrespect, cheating,and abuse is not being a ride or die its being foolish. A man who knows your worth and values you would do everything he can to protect you not put you in a situation where you would need to sacrifice yourself for his mistakes. Any man worth having does not need a “ride or die chick” he needs a supporting woman who loves and nurtures him. I believe in sticking by your man through hard times is one thing, but allowing him to make you his fool is something else. Many women are looking for love, dont want to be alone, trying to compensate for a lack of self esteem and growing up without a father but theyre looking in the wrong places.
