Every meeting planner executing a program at La Cantera is given a logoed planner pin to wear to ensure that our entire team recognizes them. At the end of the meeting the planner is asked to select one of our associates that assisted them in making sure their meeting was spectacular. Planner Debbie Erwin from Deer Breeders Corporation selected Tony Ramirez from our engineering department saying the he set the tone for the entire program and truly knows guest service.
