Every now and then, an animal comes to the shelter that steals the heart of a staff member. 6 year old George is guilty of that very thing. He has been at the shelter longer than any other animal and hasnt even had any interested lookers. When he first came to the shelter, his eyes were bloodshot red and he will require eye drops for the rest of his life to keep the infection away. Below you will see several pics of him with Jessie throughout the weeks he has been here. He is officially the office cat and loves to hide in cabinets and curl up in laps. Today is Georges (and Jessies) lucky day as he will be heading to her home to live for the rest of his life! Her husband came by right before Christmas and surprised Jessie by adopting George for her
