Every once and awhile you need to post something lighthearted. So heres one nerdy fact for ya: 2. Kyle Rayner is my Green Lantern: I know all of Hals storyline...and its cool, but not everyone knows kyles origin...He was a freelance artist whos girlfriend had broken up with him; and in short his life was going in the gutter. The ring was given to him as a last effort by Ganthet (similiar to Hal in how he was chosen)...and thus the real story began. He got his life on track, figured out he really wanted to be a hero, and just when things were great and he was back with his girl; a supervillain (Major Force) killed her and stuffed her in the fridge. Since then, hes battled his own imagination, hes been Ion (the corps embodiment) , he brought the Guardians back to life, relit the Main battery so new lanterns could be brought back, has mastered every spectrum of the color corps, and is now the White Lantern. Only downside? No dedicated writers for him, and they keep wanting to change his costume. So yeah...like I said. Kyle will be my lantern!
