Every term (for the past 20 years) as I devise my lesson plans for my childrens music and movement classes, I wonder if I can come up with some new, enjoyable, relevant, exciting and fun learning activities and every term I surprise myself and do! In 20 years I have never repeated a lesson plan. So, with an average of 5 different lesson plans a week x 32 weeks of group class teaching x 20 years, that makes 3200 lesson plans to date. Thats quite an achievement (pat on the back, and pat on the back for all our wonderful and dedicated teachers out there who do the same!). Its the work behind the scenes that allows a teacher to achieve greatness in their students.
