Everything happens or does not happen for a reason! For 5 years I have been trying to find a home for Marks power wheelchair. I could not find anyone that would pick it up and I had no means to deliver. MDA said they could pick it up then 10 minutes later said I was out of the range and they could not. So this week I was contacted by 2 of my best friends about the chair. Turns out someone they know has been diagnosed with ALS in the past 6 months. So my good friend was able to pick it up and it will be given to this person that has been newly diagnosed. There was a reason I could not find a home for that chair ... It was to go to this gentleman, whom I do not know, In Charlotte MI! May this chair give him some of the freedom it gave Mark. I also volunteered to be a contact if the family wanted some one they could talk to.
