Everything is not always what it appears to be... I want to - TopicsExpress

Everything is not always what it appears to be... I want to share something with everyone that may hopefully inspire you to see beyond what is,and look beyond this physical realm and look for what it can be with your spiritual eyes. Most of you know that I recently completed my TTCAA CPL conversion in 3 months, 17 days, a process that usually takes 6 months to 1 year and more. This was achieved only by the Grace of God and by him giving me the courage, determination and fortitude to see it through. What you dont know was that on the day I received my last 2 results, it stated the following: Hydraulics - Pass Air Law - Fail. My question to you is, what would you have done? a: accept the result or b: challenge it Initially when I saw this, I was morbidly upset and I cried my eyes out as I was exhausted from trying to completed a years worth of work in such a short period, but after I composed myself, I heard a still, small voice inside me saying challenge & you know your Law, you did not fail. Now, the logical side of me said, Challenge? Me? A little person versus the mighty Civil Aviation Authority? After all, theyre an established institution that can do no wrong ... I followed my heart and ignored my brain for a bit and I challenged. it just felt right. I was scared, but it just felt like the right thing to do. Later that day, I approached the Authority and asked to speak with the Chief Inspector and I explained to Him that I believed there must be some mistake. We went into a room, where we reviewed my Law Paper and it turned out to be a pseudo Oral Legal exam. Almost 2 hours later and many challenges, he realised that I knew my Regulations and he Instructed the Relevant Department to CHANGE MY RESULT TO A PASS. It is ONLY because of God that I can share this testimony with you all and I hope that I can influence someone from my experience because, Everything is not always what it appears to be... So the next time you are faced with something that appears FINAL or COMPLETE or DONE etc. and you think all hope is lost, look beyond this physical realm and look for what it can be with your spiritual eyes, because, Everything is not always what it appears to be... As Les Brown always says, there is greatness within you. Never forget this. Have a wonderful day everyone. Love you all. Sincerely, Jensen
