I tried many products and diets to lose weight and became increasingly frustrated and discouraged. I discovered that dieting made me fat and it wasn’t until I let go of fear and deprivation that I easily moved from a size 12 to a size 6. After several years of study, practice, and experience, I now help others who find themselves with lots of information of how to lose weight but have gotten stuck along the way.
