Executive Orders work good...... take 9-11 for instnce.......2005 NIST scientific investigtiaonn found NO scientific reason why threee buildings fell on 9-11... they stall for three years till the 2008 NIST [hypothesis crew], ignoring their own initial science....created BRAND NEW never before seen science... the phenomenon that we saw on 9/11 that brought this particular building down was really thermal expansion, which occurs at lower temperatures. wow....LOW TEMP thermal expansion did all we see on 9-11..... [people]...PROVE it [them]....NO..we dont have to...we have a SPECIALLY created Executive Order saying we dont have to..... NIST is withholding 68,246 files. These records are currently exempt from disclosure. All input and results files of the ANSYS 16 story and the LS-DYNA 47-story global collapse model that were used to simulate sequential structural failures leading to collapse. ...the Director finds that the disclosure of the information might jeopardize public safety. NlST Executive Order 13470 .......(d) Protect intelligence and intelligence sources, methods, and activities from unauthorized disclosure in accordance with guidance from the Director...... so, 2005 NIST finds NO scientific reason for collapse x3....2008 NIST claim new physics they dont hae to prove through physics because an Executive Order says so gee.....kind of like what we just saw......
