Executive Outcomes is a private company specializing in military operations. It is the parent entity of Sandline International. These mercenary outfits contract out their security and armed services - literally acting as armies for hire. They do the dirty job of quelling civil wars or crushing internal disorder in states that seek their services! Of all places Sierra Leone and Liberia have seen first hand the sadistic work of Executive Outcomes..in the early 1990s the reckless bombing of civilian villages in Sierra Leone in the conflict between RUF and the army supporting the presidency of Kabbah! With all these known track record of terrible atrocities and the total disregard for human life and property committed by its affiliate in Africa, a one-time PNG prime minister was willing to engage the services of Sandline International in Bougainville. This former prime minister would have been party to war crimes and crimes against humanity had Sandline International been given free rein over Bougainville.
