Exercise Ladders: Perform one rep, rest one rep. Perform two reps, rest two reps. Perform 3 reps, ect. until going any higher would lead to muscle failure. Once you reach that point climb down, skipping the highest rep achieved. Do each exercise ladder for 7.5 mins. If you have gone up and down the ladder before the time expires, just climb back up as high as you can and down again until the time expires. I did these today, push ups, seated dips, and rows, and I am feeling it!
