Exercise of the day! Great exercise that targets core and obliques. First, sit on a stability ball and lie back into a crunch position. Second, Holding your core tight crunch up and twist to the right then return to the starting position. Next crunch and sit straight up then crunch to the left . Try 3 sets of 20 to feel the burn. Remember clean eating, sufficient water intake and cardio combined with core exercises will help you lose the tummy and get results. Lets Work!!
