Expedia Singapore is SUCK!!!!!!! I just want to do the cancellation but it s take more than 5 hours and yet still unable to process the cancellation. More than 20 calls had made and hold for more than 10-15 mins kept answered with the machine only, most ridiculous is the officers kept passing the line to others even I had given them my itinerary code, verification bla bla bla....at the end Im still holding the call with nobody answering beside the repeating answer machine!!!!!!!! What kind of customer services like this??? NO MORE go through Expedia in my life
