Engaging with the customers who enquire about our milk in bringing about the required sales (sharing company info., giving product brief, addressing their queries, competitor comparisons). 2. Effective management of customer change requests (any changes in milk orders). 3. Skillful handling of customer complaints. 4. Effective documentation and tracking of customer information. 5. Sharing customer information/feedback with the respective stakeholders. 6. Effective management of customer renewals (repeat orders). While the job is not only limited to the stated points, this is a fair indication of the major work areas of the job.
