Experiences and case studies needed - Personal Independence Payments (PIP) - Moving Around activity consultation As you may know there was a judicial review on the moving around (mobility) criteria of Personal Independent Payments (the benefit replacing DLA). The review found the government had not consulted adequately when they changed the threshold needed to qualify for the enhanced (higher) rate of PIP for moving around from 50 metres to 20 metres. They are now consulting on this.
