Express Oil Change - Oak MountainAWESOME DAY! So around 2 weeks ago I get a call from the Manager of ExpressOilChange. Hey Brandon we need a experienced service tech for our service shop in Oak Mt. dont worry this is not a hood tech or (pit) oil tech. job we need someone with experience to work in service, Our tires, alignments, mount and balance, all that. Me being how I am kinda skeptical about (ExpressOilChange) not the best Job in the world. So I went in to check it out anyways (what the hell right?) Manager Introduces me to the other (Service Line techs) shows me around tells me how express spent over a million dollars renovating all this crap, new machines. And Brandon we want you to work back here with these two Gentleman we can start you out at $500 a week plus commission... (Ok now you have all my attention) So we scheduled a drug screening and orientation. (they made me wait a week before the drug screen and orientation -loss of fkn time-) So the day comes around (yesterday) I go to the corporate office they get all my info do all this paperwork and say, (take this to here and go pee in this cup and we will contact you) 7:15 THIS MORNING I get a call ( Hey Mr. Buse we are glad to inform you you passed your drug screening can you come in this morning for orientation and start working?) (well yea im on the way) So I drive.. 30 minutes.. get to the corporate office. (goodmornings all that) Do a real hour full hour of paperwork tax info all that crap. Then had to watch Introduction videos (.....k) so 2.5 hours later TWO AND A HALF!!! While still watching this videos and filling out the stupid as hell test they give, I get a knock on the door.... Manager guy comes in....(Umm Brandon we kinda had a mix up... and Shane the service writer at your store put you in front of (3 or 4) (he says) other people that applied before you and nobody called them back for the orientation in which you are in...so...we kinda have to put you on hold...)(Im like Oh yea how long?) (well we dont know) Silently I sit looking at the ass clown completely taking all the energy I have to not Jump across the desk (Thank God I remembered Hoover Police Station is behind this building) Thinking of all the money I spent in gas over these trips $40.... I notice this guys hands are shaking (not uncontrollably) but enough I notice. I respond (Other people huh?) Whatever Dude where is the Fking door? So then I drive to the Place I was going to work walk in with no regard for customers (Hey Shane! wanna tell me just exactly WTF! is going on man? I drive back in forth I feel out paper work I go take a piss test pass with flying colors get a call from you THIS MORNING telling me to come into work and after 2.5 Hours of Orientation Videos and One week of waiting on you guys to get me in a drug screening and a random call saying come to work! Your telling me you had others in line WTF is that Shit man!? he says (its beyond my control man) I said (Yea well if you had others lined up would they not all ready be in here? after I this past week you made me sit on my ass and wait for a week for Bullshit!?) walked out. So then I remember they made me sign a Social Media Agreement agreeing I wont bash or give up company policies on social networks. (UGHmmmm. clearing throat...) FK! EXPRESS OIL CHANGE AND THE COMPANY POLICIES! WAISTING MY DAMN TIME AND MONEY. JUDGEMENTAL ARROGANT ASSHOLES WALKING AROUND SAYING EXPRESS IS THIS AND THAT PIECE OF SHIT COMPANY IS LIKE A MCDONALDS FOR CARS. I HONESTLY CAN AND WILL FIND A BETTER JOB WITH MORE MONEY IT WOULD BE A SHAME TO WASTE MY KNOWLEDGE OF CARS AND WORK ETHIC ON A BUNCH OF COCKY ASSHOLES THAT THINK THEY ARE BETTER BC THEY CHOSE TO BE A EXPRESS OIL CHANGE MANAGERS (WOOOHOOO! GOOD FKN JOB) AND THINK THEY CAN LOOK DOWN ON YOU BC THEY WORK IN A CORPORATE OFFICE WHEN REALLY GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW MANY PPL YOU ALL FKED OVER TO GET YOUR POSITIONS. SO HERES MY SOCIAL MEDIA AGREEMENT EXPRESS OIL CHANGE. SHOVE IT UP YOUR ASS. I strongly recommend nobody go to the express on 119 in Pelham Alabama... YOUR MOVE EXPRESS OIL CHANGE!
