*Extremely Urgent/Time Sensitive* *~Notice to all current & prospect clients~* Mid-year client info and record updating In the past I have done the majority of gathering thru phone calls to vets &/or verbal correlation in person. This time however Im reaching out for assistant!! Due to the blessings of increased business & success (thru God, hard work and my amazing clientss word of mouth) the feat is now too much! Im needing to know: •Changes in personal information, i.e phone numbers, vets, addresses, etc... •New expiration dates on the required shots Bordetella- (Kennel Cough) DHPP- (Distemper/Parvo) Rabies- (State Required) •Additions/Deductions to your Pet Family •Any modifications of grooming desires/specifics/preferences (I need to be absolutely strict about confirming proof of current shots & their expiration dates.... No shots, No service Or as Mom would say No Ands Ifs or Buts Please be proactive. Have forms, receipts, carbon checks or some type of verification with you at drop off time. Feel free to have us or your vet call/fax each other. Would rather forewarn people. Eliminates the day of frustration, anger, or dissapoimtment of being turned away after waiting to get in) Please help & simply get the word out, of this, to your friends and family! That way it spreads and gives people the chance to prepare, get updated, and get these things too me. Your cooperation, patience and help with this matter is SO VERY APPRECIATED !!!
