FAN QUESTION: Please dont judge on this one. Im worried Im not eating enough for my LO. He has plenty or wet/dirty diapers and was 11 pounds at his one month check up. However, I find it hard to get good full meals in during the day. My SO is totally unsupportive of EVERYTHING. He doesnt understand why I cant have the laundry done, the house clean, and dinner made ONTOP of EBF. So I find myself running around all day trying to get everything done before he gets home and then I realize its 1:00pm and I havent had anything to eat. What are some ways you guys fit in all the calories you need per day? Are there any good snack ideas? Im feeling lost and stressed, my only family lives 500 miles away and I dont know anyone where I live so asking for help isnt an option for me ;( Thank you. Posted by CARYN
