FEAR. If you have been hurt, abused, or taken advantage of, you will become insecure & spend years trying to control everything & everyone around you. After all, you must protect you, right? What if the love of God is the cure for the insecure?? What if you chose to be conscious of the things that display His heart & His love for you? Then could you trust that in His untainted perfect love He would not lead you down a path of life to bring more pain? Instead of trying to control & manipulate people, you could learn to trust God & BELIEVE that he will do only what is best for you, in exactly the right timing- FEARLESSLY. Ask God to show you His heart & love for you that your heart may rest & abide in His perfect love & watch it overflow & leave no room for fear.
