FEELING, FANTASTIC, FOCUSED, FABULOUS, FIERCE, FULL, FRUITFUL. THANK YOU LORD FOR YET ANOTHER DAY! WOW THIS PAST MONTH WITHOUT BBOY HAS BEEN A GROWING EXPERIENCE SPIRITUALLY FOR HIM AND FOR ME AS WELL, AS HE CAN RELATE TO GOD AND RELIGION FROM A DISTANCE. HE SHARED A FEW PASSAGES WITH ME IN HIS LAST LETTER I GOT IT YESTERDAY. AFTER MY STATUS I AM HEADED TO THE POST OFFICE TO SEND BRANDON A LETTER. I WANT SHARE WHAT HE SHARED TEARS IN MY EYES. Psalm 25:15-18New International Version (NIV) 15 My eyes are ever on the Lord, for only he will release my feet from the snare. 16 Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted. 17 Relieve the troubles of my heart and free me from my anguish. 18 Look on my affliction and my distress and take away all my sins. THIS WAS THE FIRST ONE HE SHARED Luke 12:22-31New International Version (NIV) Do Not Worry 22 Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. 23 For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. 24 Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! 25 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life[a]? 26 Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest? 27 “Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 28 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you—you of little faith! 29 And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. 30 For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. 31 But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well. THIS ONE WAS THE SECOND ONE HE SHARED AND SAID REMINDS ME OF YOU BECAUSE YOU DIDNT CARE ABOUT FOOD OR CLOTHES YOU PRACTICALLY LIVE DAY BY DAY YET ALWAYS HAVE SOME EXTRA TO SPARE. 1 Peter 5:7New International Version (NIV) 7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. THIS WAS THE THIRD PASSAGE HE SHARED AND QUOTED LEAVE ALL YOUR WORRIES WITH HIM, BECAUSE HE CARES FOR YOU. Psalm 22[a] For the director of music. To the tune of “The Doe of the Morning.” A psalm of David. 1 My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from saving me, so far from my cries of anguish? 2 My God, I cry out by day, but you do not answer, by night, but I find no rest.[b] 3 Yet you are enthroned as the Holy One; you are the one Israel praises.[c] 4 In you our ancestors put their trust; they trusted and you delivered them. 5 To you they cried out and were saved; in you they trusted and were not put to shame. 6 But I am a worm and not a man, scorned by everyone, despised by the people. 7 All who see me mock me; they hurl insults, shaking their heads. 8 “He trusts in the Lord,” they say, “let the Lord rescue him. Let him deliver him, since he delights in him.” 9 Yet you brought me out of the womb; you made me trust in you, even at my mother’s breast. 10 From birth I was cast on you; from my mother’s womb you have been my God. 11 Do not be far from me, for trouble is near and there is no one to help. 12 Many bulls surround me; strong bulls of Bashan encircle me. 13 Roaring lions that tear their prey open their mouths wide against me. 14 I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint. My heart has turned to wax; it has melted within me. 15 My mouth[d] is dried up like a potsherd, and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth; you lay me in the dust of death. 16 Dogs surround me, a pack of villains encircles me; they pierce[e] my hands and my feet. 17 All my bones are on display; people stare and gloat over me. 18 They divide my clothes among them and cast lots for my garment. 19 But you, Lord, do not be far from me. You are my strength; come quickly to help me. 20 Deliver me from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dogs. 21 Rescue me from the mouth of the lions; save me from the horns of the wild oxen. 22 I will declare your name to my people; in the assembly I will praise you. 23 You who fear the Lord, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, honor him! Revere him, all you descendants of Israel! 24 For he has not despised or scorned the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help. 25 From you comes the theme of my praise in the great assembly; before those who fear you[f] I will fulfill my vows. 26 The poor will eat and be satisfied; those who seek the Lord will praise him— may your hearts live forever! 27 All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, 28 for dominion belongs to the Lord and he rules over the nations. 29 All the rich of the earth will feast and worship; all who go down to the dust will kneel before him— those who cannot keep themselves alive. 30 Posterity will serve him; future generations will be told about the Lord. 31 They will proclaim his righteousness, declaring to a people yet unborn: He has done it! THIS WAS THE FOURTH PASSAGE . THE FOLLOWING PASSAGE BRANDON SAID IT REMINDS ME OF YOU BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT YOU WENT THROUGH AND ALL YOU HAVE BEEN THROUGH YOU STILL STAND STRONG AND STILL HAVE FAITH. John 14:15-21New International Version (NIV) Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit 15 “If you love me, keep my commands. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be[a] in you. 18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 19 Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. 20 On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. 21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.” THIS WAS THE LAST PASSAGE BRANDON SHARED WITH ME. THANKS HONEY I MISS YOU AND LOVE YOU.
