FIND YOUR INNER happy! The practice of meditation quiets the mind, reducing stress and anxiety and improving overall health. It is what we call mindfulness, living in the “now” and experiencing life as it “is,” thus opening the door to happiness in our lives. Join us Mondays for an eight-week series in mindfulness. You will learn about the science and practice of meditation. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a meditation cushion if possible. (The course fee is $100 for new students and free for those returning to hone their inner happy skills.)
