FOR EVERYONES information this mall is 2 levels and has 4 sides (original mall + walkways in the middle (3 total) connecting the areas. The big department stores on each main end and sides are Macys, Neiman Marcus (old location of Nordstroms), Sears, Nordstroms, and Target... Come to my mall and Ill show u one of the biggest malls in America (only 2 1/2 or so miles from my owned condo... to the east, away from the freeway)... OMG okay so theoretically if everyone who bought in my building technically dont exist then who owns the units... Is it Ross Morgan the mgt company (who is putting liens on properties like mine for being 3 months late like last year, is it Bank of America who technically has the loans (unless the properties were cash) , is it Radco (the developer of the properties who turned the apartments into condos), or is it the city of Warner Center, or would it be me and whichever owners are real... b/c if it is us (3 probably at most, original owners and can prove ownership and still live onsite) then between us and say its just me then because it is the biggest building and faces east (the only one that does 21500 Burbank Blvd (there is no 21510) and Jasons house is at the tallest point of Como and the only house that faces west (towards the freeway) then do between the both of us (and his mom being that she is on his title) own the air rights for basically the entire valley???
