FORMAGGIO VEGAN! This delicious nut-based Vegan cheese is easy to make, and loaded with Iron, Calcium, Magnesium and Copper. Great as a topping for pizzas, dip, sandwich spread, etc. Ingredients: 1 cup Macademia nuts 1/2 cup Cashew nuts 1/2 cup Almond flakes 2 Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast flakes 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar Salt to taste Preparation: Place all the nuts into a bowl, cover them with cold water, and let sit for a minimum of 5 hours. Transfer contents to a blender with S-blade. Add the Nutritional Yeast flakes and the Apple Cider Vinegar, and blend till smooth (approx. 2 minutes). Spoon the cheese into a serving dish, and place in fridge for 2 hours to let it settle.
