FORMATION OF NCR PROPERTY BUYERS ASSOCIATION. M.K. Gupta, Convener. To protect the interests of property buyers from the crook builders, buyers, NCR Property Buyers Association has been formed. I have become its founder member by depositing Rs. 12,000/- (10,000 for account opening and 2,000 as subscription followed by Shri Sunil Verma who has become its second member. Bank Account in the Axis Bank has been opened, face book group named NCR Property Buyers Association, Delhi has been created and google group for discussion will be created shortly. Objectives of the Association: It has been noticed that the builders are not taking cognizance to the complaints of buyers lodged by them in the individual capacities and the Association has been formed for joint action on common grievance and demands. The Association will Aid and advise the buyers, Highlighting their grievances to the builder, authorities and in the media Filling RTI applications to get information from the public authorities, Share useful information with the buyers. Apart from this, Association will take legal advice from the competent advocates and advice to its members and all other acts as required from time to time. In utmost necessary situation, it may also organize protests, sits-in etc. Bank Account: A saving Account (No. 9140100-23527260) has been opened in Axis Bank, Swasthya Vihar, Delhi-92 in the name of its convener M.K. Gupta. This is an exclusive account for the Association only. After the registration of the Association, fresh account will be opened in the name of the Association as without registration, banks were not ready to open the account in the name of Association. Details of receipt and expenses will be shared through email to the members periodically. After the registration of the Association, fresh bank account in the name of Association will be opened. Interested buyers may become its member should deposit Rs. 2,000/- (Two Thousand only) in the aforesaid bank account and after should send it to the application form by email. Subscription can also be sent by registered / speed post by crossed cheque. After receipt the application form and contribution, membership number and date will be intimated on email/ phone.
