FOSTER NEEDED starting Tuesday!!! Bella is a sweet girl who was found as a stray in pretty rough shape (see the photo below) and turned into Alachua County Animal Services. She was so severely matted that they had to shave her down...practically to the skin. She ended up on the euthanasia list for tomorrow, but we told them we would take her into Helping Hands. Here is where we need YOU. Bella needs a foster home...and we really need to have someone lined up before tomorrow evening when we pick her up from the shelter. She is very sweet. We do not know how she is with other dogs or cats, but I suspect shell do fine with a slow introduction. Please email us ASAP if you are interested in fostering Bella. We do need foster homes to be within 30 minutes of Gainesville, FL. Helping Hands provides all supplies (including food, crate, leash, collar, etc) and covers all medical expenses. You provide a loving, safe environment.
