FQ: I posted less than a week ago about ttc with pcos and endometriosis. Good news, I got pregnant with using metformin, bad news is that i didnt know until I started having a miscarriage which was comfirmed today. Im completely heartbroken even though I didnt know I was pregnant yet. My fiancé and I are handling things very different and he cant seem to understand my emotions.. How can we do this together, whats the best way to grieve together? ~11
