FRIENDS IN ART exhibition at the Council Gallery! “Friends in Art” exhibit presents the multi media art work of the four very talented Harford County artists, whose friendship and art work compliments each other beautifully.. Barbara Love, Alexandra Kopp, Sandra Norris, and Robin Capecci combine their talents in an exhibit of landscapes, portraits and still lives, in a variety of media: oils, water colors, pen & ink and giclee prints. The exhibit is in The Council Gallery, 212 South Bond Street, Bel Air . Gallery hours are 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday. The art work will be on display, September thru October.
