FROM MY INBOX; I booked a house with VILLACARE in november 2011 (lenana gardens) and paid 10% deposit as required. I even encaouraged a friend of mine to buy and he also paid. Immediately after payment villacare staff and advocates went under to refused to talk to us or our lawyers and also refused to sign the agreements. They have now increased cost by over 3million after keeping our deposits for that long. Is this not conmanship are these people not common thieves? I would like to get in touch with those people conned by villacare...
