FROM THE PASTORS DESK.... My grace is sufficient for thee. If none of Gods saints were poor and tried, we would not know half the consolations of divine grace. When we find the wanderer who has no where to lay his head, who yet can say, Still will I trust in the Lord; when we see the people starving for bread and water, who yet still give glory in Jesus Name; when we see the bereaved widow overwhelmed in affliction, and yet having faith in Christ, oh! what honour it reflects on the gospel. Gods grace is magnified in the trials of believers. Saints bear up under every discouragement, believing that all things work together for their good, and that out of apparent evil a real blessing shall ultimately spring forth!!!
