FYI - we received a flier last Tuesday, July 15, 2014 regarding the BFRV sticker. To get this sticker, we have to update our membership; a form of SERVITUDE or TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION. We MUST also get the said sticker on/or before July 21st, 2014. WHY are they in a HURRY, we thought we have a SURPLUS of ELEVEN MILLION Pesos per their post of a TARPULIN or check received from the outgoing to the incoming BOD? Is that just a HOUSE SHOW with NO CHECK or SUFFICIENT FUNDS? ILLEGAL DETENTION is a CRIME, it is NOT just a misdemeanour but a FELONY and NON-BAILABLE or NO BAIL is ALLOWED. if you are a RESIDENT of BF Resort Village; anyone PREVENTING you from ENTERING or LEAVING and MOVING IN or OUT of the Village will be LIABLE for ILLEGAL DETENTION. Please get your FRIENDSHIP ROUTE sticker from the City Hall of Las Pinas while it is still FREE and PERMANENT; you do NOT have to renew, unlike the BFRV sticker that you have to renew annually. The MOA - Memorandum of Agreement with Maynilad signed by the previous BOD WITHOUT the KNOWLEDGE and CONSENT of the SIMPLE MAJORITY or 51% of the HOMEOWNERS is FULL of ANOMALIES and/or IRREGULARITIES - FRAUD for MONETARY GAIN. Please WRITE to our Senators for a SENATE INVESTIGATION in the AID of LEGISLATION, thank you. The DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES of the Board of Directors include: 1. By-Laws - to date, the BOD has NOT REVISED our By-Laws as MANDATED by the Magna Carta (Charter) or RA9904; and to conform. The By-Laws MUST INCLUDE that the BOD have to be a RESIDENT, HOMEOWNER, FILIPINO of GOOD MORAL character - NO CRIMINAL record; and TERM LIMIT - no Director shall serve more than two (2) consecutive terms. The By-Laws or Homeowners Manual MUST be approved by a SIMPLE MAJORITY or 51% of the Homeowners. 2. To SERVE and PROTECT - CRIME in our Village is HIGH. What are we paying the Security Agency for. The Gated Community with 24-hour security in our Village is a JOKE! 3. NO TOLL charges, WHY are we PAYING TOLL and receipts NOT registered with the BIR. This is another form of SERVITUDE, TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION and/or EXTORTION. CHAPTER V, Final Provision, Sec. 22. PROHIBITED Acts. - It shall be PROHIBITED for any person: (a) To COMPEL a HOMEOWNER to JOIN the Association. The newly elected BOD INHERITED a lot of PROBLEMS, we will NOT PAY the Association DUES unless: 1. We received and APPROVED the REVISED By-Laws or Homeowners Manual with DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS - NAMES, ADRESSES and SIGNATURES of the SIMPLE MAJORITY or 51% of the HOMEOWNERS. 2. MINIMIZE if NOT eliminate CRIME in our Village. 3. NO TOLL charges. 4. The MOA with Maynilad is DECLARED NULL and VOID; thereafter REFUND our OVER PAYMENTS. 5. We receive the EXTERNAL AUDITED Annual Financial Statements (Net Worth, Profit & Loss) of 2011, 2012 and 2013. MSSING and/or MISUSED of FUNDS MUST BE REPORTED to the proper authorities; or the newly elected BOD will be LIABLE as an ACCESSORY AFTER the FACT. The BODs NEGLIGENCE, INCOMPETENCE, DERELICTION of DUTY and DISHONESTY is UNACCEPTABLE and DETRIMENTAL to the Association; CAUSES LACK of TRUST and DECLINE in MEMBERSHIP.
