FYI everyone - thinking back I think I may have figured out what happened. In late August I received an email from Wells Fargo stating that there was unauthorized activity on my account and I would need to confirm my information before proceeding - this email looked 100% legit and took me to what looked exactly like the Wells Fargo site. I was in a rush and thinking that I wouldnt have access to my account, filled out the form. Be aware! Im usually very good at spotting fraud, but obviously hackers have gotten more sophisticated.
