Failure is the halfway mark on the road to success, not a destination to be avoided but a stepping stone to get the things that matter most to you in your life. The Masses looks at failure as an indication, to run back because they feel their heading in the wrong direction. They think they must pull a 180 because success must be in the opposite direction, but its not! Its STRAIGHT ahead! Physiologically you must train your brain to love the failure because its the the Ying to the success Yang!
