Fall is coming for those people who enjoy a smoothie in the morning. here is a pumpkin smoothie recipe One half cup skim milk, three quarters of a cup pumpkin puree, half a cup vanilla yogurt, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, half teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 2 cups ice cubes( 20 crescent shaped cubes) place ingredients in blender in order listed. cover and blend on auto smooth or pulse a few times then blend on high 35 to 45 seconds. enjoy! if you have any smoothie recipes that are delicious let me know!
