Fashion Company in Egypt is announced for (sales manager ) :- You will have had similar experience previously, preferably with a fashion brand, and will be an ambitious, hardworking, candidate, who is looking to further their career within a major fashion company. Key Responsibilities :- 1 – Prepare sales policies and procedures and adoption of the direct store managers. 2 - Contribute to identifying strategic objectives, performance standards, and regulatory processes for the sales. 3 - Contributes to general framework of plans annual sales. 4 - Ensure the implementation of the sales orders from dealers and customers 5 - Manage the operational set up of all stores and the re-configuration of refurbishments, collaborate with all appropriates partners to ensure all elements have been considered and implemented on time 6- Manage sales targets and monitoring operations 7 -Manage and make recommendations to improve operational system, process, and equipment to support the business strategy 8- Manage and support the implementation of initiatives that will lead to long-term operational excellence 9- Manage and create as required operational policy and procedures that will minimize business risk and create a safe working environment 10- Manage and implement strategies that will grow or minimize risk to the business 11- Manage the flow, format and content of communication for stores and corporate. Qualifications: - University Degree - Experience from 7 to 10 years in the field of fashion. - Excellent in written and spoken English. - Very good Leadership and Supervision skills. - Very good communication Skills. - Very good package.
