Fast and furious 7.... Deep breath... To be brutally honest, (and I know Ill get some stick for typing it, ) but I never did get the whole glorification of Paul Walker after his death by car enthusiasts. Hes an actor that played the role of a car nut. Yes he was one on real life too, but what if he was never in the film? What if he was in the my little pony the movie or Stuart Little? Would they still be the mass hysteria? Please dont get me wrong its tragic that a young man died leaving behind a young daughter, but I think the whole car enthusiast movement just went a little overboard with the tributes, stickers on cars Paul walker rip and tattoos of him (I kid you not..hard to explain to the grand kids) and other things just as tacky. Only serving to cheapen the significance of his passing. I realise this will be the last film to feature him but he was in other films too, like eight below featuring dog sledding, I didnt see many eskimos paying tribute too him by congregating on a frozen lake. The films themselves are a far cry from how they started in the first film, and become unbelievable and a work of unrealistic fantasy. Sorry folks but I just cant get as fired up about this film. I think after the first two that was it for me. (And smashing a nice mk1 escort).
