"Fear of Love Afraid to love? It seems absurd, with so many other fears we face: fear of violence, fear of default, and no less dreaded loneliness, which is what makes us pursue relationships. But absurd or not, the fear of love settles between our vertebrae and we know why. Love, so noble, so dense, so intense, over. It tears us up inside, makes a deep cut that goes from the chest to the groin, love ends abruptly because suddenly emerged a third person, or simply because there is more interest or attraction, you know, go find out what stops a feeling is indecipherable mystery. But love ends, ungrateful, ends, and ends on one side, never ends in two hearts at the same time slows down before the other, and goes a little pain to each corner. It hurts those who took the initiative to break because it is not easy to break, break routines is always traumatic. But love is a friendship that remains and the presence that gets used, breaking a love is not silly, it is a fact of great responsibility, it is a wound that opens in the body of the other, in the affection of the other, and in itself, yet with less severity. And have rejected love, or speak, is fracture, languish in public, shrink the soul almost want any violence from the street to forget that violence from the time spent and lived this assault that robbed us all, love and what comes with it, confidence and stability. Without love, nothing remains, the belief crumbles, romanticism is pointless, stupid songs make us cry in the car. Passes the pain of love, comes a truce, a clean heart again, again dry eyes, mouth empty. Nothing good is happening, but nothing bad. A new love? Absolutely not. Fear respond. What we are brave, who despite a fear so justified, love again and every time that love calls us, pretending a little resistance but knowing that forever is impossible to refuse." Martha Medeiros
