Feasibility Assessment It involves the determination of whether the solution to a problem is suitable, acceptable and attainable. For most engineering problems a proposed system will usually be required to pass tests for engineering, economic, financial, political, environmental and social feasibility. Engineering Feasibility A construction project is engineering feasible if the project is capable of performing its intended function. Economically Feasibility Economically feasible if the total value of the benefits exceed the costs. It depends on engineering feasibility because a system must be capable of producing the required output in order to producing benefit. Financially Feasibility The owner must have sufficient funds to pay for system. Economically feasible project is financially infeasible because the owner is not able to obtain enough money to implement the system.
