Feeling Great finishing my 4th week of workouts after a long lay off due to a back injury! Very motivated to be able to train pain free again. Thanks to Joe Denke at Select Spine and Sport for getting back to doing what I love. I wrapped up todays workout by attempting the 100 rep barbell curl challenge again. This will be the last time I ever do it lol, its miserable. I am also doing the Smolov Jr Routine for bench press. I have never done any specific lift 4xs a week before but my body has adapted to the volume and im starting to really enjoy the program. Thanks to Mike Love and Dean Veasey for being great training partners with me. Body fat has been continuing to drop. I follow a 50/30/20 diet on Non Training days and a 40/40/20 on training days for extra carbohydrates. Mike Rivera, a trainer at my gym can help anyone that needs it with nutritional guidance.
