Feeling grateful tonight. This year was amazing. I went on the trip of a lifetime with my best friend that included my dream vacation location of Slovenia where I met some amazing people Im proud to call family. One of which is my 102 year old great great Aunt Ana. I worked for an amazing company that let me assist in planning a beautiful party at Navy Pier.planning it was just the beginning. The Icing on the cake was the most perfect hair thanks to my one day to be step sister in law. I got a new bomb dot com roommate. I sang on stage, and even though it was painfully awkward, Im so proud of myself. I spent some amazing quality time with my God daughter who is the light of my life. I found out my best friend is having a beautiful baby boy named James. A beautiful new addition named Shannon was welcomed to the family. I started blogging and got articles posted on the Chicago Tribune home page. Even though most of the articles were trivial, Ive enjoyed every second. I also got a few credits closer to my masters. Slow and steady... right? My mom married my step dad and I gained two new brothers and some day two sister in laws. Lastly, thanks to a talk with the worlds best mom, I realized that all the changes going on around me are not only good, but neccesary. They cant hold me back, but can only help me propel forward into the next stages of life. Oh yes- one last last thing- i have the most amazing family and support system. Especially my amazing sibling who drive me nuts on basically a daily basis, but i wpuldnt have it any other way. Until next year :-) Ljublim Te.
