Feeling/happy sad today as my remaining rabbit Spice went to a new home this morning. I have always promised my animals a home for life so its a strange situation to be forced into all of a sudden. Im sad because I lost Spices mate Willow last week which brought forward the decision by several years not to have any more rabbits, but happy because I was able to buddy her up with my friend Samantha Louises rabbit Gizmo while she was away on holiday. Giz has been on his own for a while too and Sam agreed to have Spice if I could pair them up successfully and they bonded within 48 hours so she went off to a fantastic home this morning where they have the free range of the secure garden. Win win...except I was just about to go out with a torch and shut the rabbits into their run for the night and then realised there werent any rabbits. Yup, happy, sad :0((
